Parkside Plumbing
Parkside Plumbing is a locally owned, licensed and insured plumbing company based in Aldergrove, BC, covering Langley and the surrounding Fraser Valley, Walnut Grove, Brookswood, South Surrey, Maple Ridge, and Abbotsford. They handle emergency and everyday plumbing for homes, businesses, and strata buildings, with 24/7 emergency service and no dispatch fee.
Self-Initiated Redesign, no affiliation with Parkside Plumbing. I wasn't asked to do this; I took it on to show how I'd actually solve their problem.
The Problem
The old site ran on a free template, with "Powered by Webador" stamped right in the footer, an odd note for a licensed, insured company doing real work inside people's homes.
The homepage opened with a generic "Welcome to Parkside Plumbing," saying nothing about why to actually call them. And the contact section asked visitors to call now, then immediately buried that with a long service-request form, two competing paths for someone who might have water spreading across their kitchen floor right now.
Nothing on the page backed any of it up either, no reviews, no proof of licensing, nothing that showed the work was real.
What Changed, and Why
The hero now says something specific, "The plumber Langley homeowners trust", instead of a generic welcome, backed by a real photo of an actual plumber and his van, not a stock image. Real reviews from real homeowners replaced the empty trust gap, alongside actual photos of finished work, sinks, tubs, kitchens, so visitors can judge the quality themselves instead of taking a claim on faith.
The FAQ now opens with the questions someone actually has before calling how fast can you get here, will I know the price upfront instead of leading with service areas. And the phone number is now impossible to miss, sitting in the header on every single page. Small detail, real effect. the "Powered by Webador" badge is gone, nothing on the page undercuts the impression of a licensed, established company anymore.
